It has 2 sodium silicate sand mold production lines, 1 V casting production line, 1 lost foam production line and 1 machining workshop.

Two 5T intermediate frequency furnaces, two 3T intermediate frequency furnaces, two 1T intermediate frequency furnaces, six sets of heat treatment furnace (40T one set, 20T one set, 15T one set, 5T three sets), heat treatment tank 2000m3 water, the maximum can do a single 12 tons of casting, an investment of 100 million, the annual production capacity of more than 15,000 tons.
